Mission:

The mission of the Fort Hunter Fire District is to provide protection of life and property to our community and mutual aid assistance to our neighboring fire departments. We will provide the following core services:

• Fire Suppression
• Rescue Services to include:
  • Heavy Rescue to vehicle extrications
  • FAST
• Hazardous Materials to an Operations Level
• Service Calls
• Fire Prevention and Education

We will achieve our mission through being recognized by the community and our peers as:

• A team of highly trained and professional firefighter’s working together to provide the finest fire/rescue services at a reasonable cost.
• A Company dedicated to the safety of our membership, recognizing that our paramount goal is “everybody goes home safely”.
